The free tools
The Amazon report reader and the GA4 bot checker run in your browser. Your file is read on your device and is never sent to us. We do not keep a copy.
When you use a tool, your browser tells us only that a check ran (for example “check_run:amazon”), so we can count use per day. That message contains no file contents, no IP address stored by us and no identifier.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It only runs if you click “Accept” in the banner. Until then no Google script loads and nothing is sent to Google, and the site works the same either way.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_BBGNHWTPTH) that hold a random ID, so a return visit can be told apart from a new one. Google processes the visit data for us and keeps it for at most 14 months. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. What is sent is the page address, your browser and device type, a rough location derived from your IP address, and that random ID. Google may process this in the United States. Your choice is saved in your browser, not in a cookie.
We only use Analytics because you agreed to it, and you can withdraw that as easily as you gave it, with the button below. You can also ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it via the contact form, and you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Signed-in customer dashboards set one more cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the service and is removed when you sign out. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Forms
If you join the waitlist or send the contact form, we store what you typed (your email, and your name and message for the contact form) to answer you or to tell you when the monitor opens. We do not sell it or share it. Ask us to delete it any time via the contact form.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver it, including standard server logs.
